My name is Candice Rose – I design safe and specific training programs. My knowledge and experience result in programs that reduce pain, and increase mobility and strength. If you train with me, you will transform your body so it works for what matters to you!

Candice is a wonderful personal trainer. I had always been nervous to work one-on-one with a trainer, but she makes it comfortable. She’s great a creating a program that works for me. It’s challenging and still fun. Since I started working with Candice, fitness has become easier to incorporate into my life. I’ve gotten better at things I never thought I could (box jumps, for example).

I like Candice’s style because she really mixes up the program every session and/or class is different and it’s always challenging, but it ends in 30 or 45 minutes. I’ve noticed a change in my body and my confidence. I’m hooked!

Candice is amazing! I’ve had several motorcycle accidents over the past 4 decades and they all seem to be catching up to me. Candice has started me on a plan taking into account the various breaks, sprains, and surgeries and I can already notice a difference. Super convenient location near the Alaska Junction in West Seattle and she mixes it up between the gym and outdoor spaces to keep me on my feet. I’m very excited to be working with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and friendly personal trainer.
