With all the concern right now about the coronavirus I have to say I am thrilled that my trainer Candice is not only hyper aware since she works with a lot of people with auto-immune issues but also that she does One on One Training or you can go to a very, very small class. For me the One on One is ideal. I have a compromised immune system and I feel better when I don’t have to be around other people.

Plus she offers your personalized training session via WhatsApp or Zoom if you wish, which is amazing especially back when I did travel a lot. She is the future of working out.

Candice is amazing! I’ve had several motorcycle accidents over the past 4 decades and they all seem to be catching up to me. Candice has started me on a plan taking into account the various breaks, sprains, and surgeries and I can already notice a difference. Super convenient location near the Alaska Junction in West Seattle and she mixes it up between the gym and outdoor spaces to keep me on my feet.
